"Healthy" does not mean "Calorie Free." A handful of almonds and half an avocado are incredibly healthy fats—but they can easily pack 500+ calories. That is more than a McChicken Sandwich. If you aren't tracking these "healthy" foods, you are likely eating at maintenance level without realizing it.

The Fix: For 3 days, track everything. Even the milk in your coffee. Data doesn't lie.

2. You Are Sedentary (Even if you Gym)

You train for 1 hour. What do you do for the other 15 hours you are awake? If you sit at a desk, drive to work, and sit on the sofa, your metabolism is asleep. This is called NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). It burns more calories than your workout.

The Fix: Check your phone's step count. If it’s under 5,000, you are sedentary. Aim for 8,000 steps daily before you worry about cardio.

3. The Weekend Binge

You are strict Monday to Friday (deficit of -500 calories/day). That’s -2,500 for the week. Then comes Friday night. A few beers, a pizza, and a hungover brunch on Saturday can easily add +3,000 calories.

The Math: You have just erased 5 days of hard work in 24 hours. You aren't "broken"; you are just undoing your deficit.
