For over 10 years, I saw a recurring pattern: people spent their early years making do, only to find themselves struggling later in life as their bodies changed dramatically. They needed a system, a blueprint to build true, lasting strength.
I realised that the information and techniques I was using to solve major issues for clients and athletes needed to be accessible to everyone. The time had come to stop simply giving the information away and make it official. That's why I created this comprehensive coaching course: to bridge the gap between reactive physical therapy and sustainable, proactive training.
