My training philosophy is built on three things that generic health clubs usually ignore:

Most of my clients work hard. They commute into the city or sit at desks for 9 hours a day. This leads to rolled shoulders, tight hips, and a weak back.
What I do: I prioritize posterior chain training (back, hamstrings, glutes). We don't just "exercise"; we reverse the damage of the 9-to-5 grind.

2. Physique Sculpting over "Calorie Burning"
